At Fsatshu Epis, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. To receive a replacement, simply cover the shipping cost, and we’ll send you a new item once the issue is confirmed.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or incorrect so that we can assist you promptly.
