Shipping policy

Processing & Delivery

At Fsatshu Epis, we ship our fresh epis in carefully designed packaging to ensure optimal quality and flavor from our kitchen to yours.

Orders placed before noon (EST) are shipped the same day, and delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Orders placed after noon or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not yet available, but we’re working hard to expand our delivery options soon!

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging every jar to ensure it arrives safely. If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us at fatshukitchen@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Fsatshu Epis cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
